Project Management- Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the building industry. She is the liaison between the site super, architects, designers and client. Her core competencies are in customer care, budget planning and tracking, productivity, performance improvement, organization, communication and resolving day to day challenges. She has been employed by County Club Homes, Inc. for over 16 years. Prior to working for County Club Homes, Lisa was a project manager for other luxury homebuilders including her families building business in Ridgefield, CT. Through her participation in every role within the business, Lisa has developed proven skills and sensitivity to unique customer requirements.
