Walter Cromwell

President

Walter has been one of the area’s leading custom home builders in Fairfield County since his father started the business in 1955. Walter grew up in New Canaan and continues to live in the surrounding area.

Walter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture at Syracuse University in 1988 and oversees the design process, construction, and manages quality control of all projects. He has collaborated and worked successfully with many different Architects in the area. 

Walter has always based his business on the principles of quality, integrity, careful planning, meticulous execution, and an unsurpassed commitment to customer service. Many of his repeat clients speak to that fact. He is actively involved with raising his family, loves to travel, and the sports of golf, biking, hiking and skiing.

Lisa W. Conway

Project Manager

Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the building industry. She is the liaison between the site super, architects, designers and client.  Her core competencies are in customer care, budget planning and tracking, productivity, performance improvement, organization, communication and resolving day to day challenges.  She has been employed by County Club Homes, Inc. for over 16 years. 

Prior to working for County Club Homes, Lisa was the project manager for her family’s custom-home construction company building homes in Fairfield county. Through her participation in every role within the business, Lisa has developed proven skills and a sensitivity to all clients unique requirements.
