  • Luxury Living Room Photos from Country Club Homes

What does the term living room mean in your family? Growing up, the living room was the place we congregated anytime we were doing something together. Many of our homes had centrally located living rooms with a fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and an entertainment center including a television and ‘stereo system’. The concept of the living room has dramatically changed and evolved in the contemporary home.

Nowadays the living room may be either a large and open space known as the living triangle which includes the kitchen, dining and family rooms; or a separate space used primarily for formal entertaining, or special family events.

Many homes have done away with the formal living room, and replaced it with a series of rooms; such as an informal space equipped with the latest in audio/visual entertainment located apart from other rooms to maintain acoustic separation.

Are you planning to build a new home, and thinking through your new floor plan and room arrangements? The following photos are from the Country Club Homes, Inc.
