The wide front porch and custom distressed knotty alder wood door with side lights brings one into the large entry foyer, with white oak wood flooring banded in walnut. The foyer is the core area that leads to the formal and informal living rooms, dining room, kitchen and the front stairway to the second floor. Immediately to your left is the formal living room and library. The living room, with a beautiful bay window to the front porch has a gas-lit fireplace, Durango granite topped wet bar, and access to a private terrace and garden. Double French mahogany doors lead you to the sunken mahogany paneled library, which is windowed on three sides, has custom built-ins and is fully wired for internet access.
